Who We Are

Welcome to Joke Junction, the heart of stand-up comedy on the Western Slope of Colorado! We’re a comedian-led community dedicated to growing and strengthening the local comedy scene. Whether you’re an aspiring comic or a fan of great stand-up, we’re here to bring big laughs to small-town stages.

We host three monthly open mics, giving comics a space to hone their craft and test new material. For those ready to bring the heat, we put on at least one high-quality showcase per month, where comedians deliver refined, crowd-tested sets to paying audiences.

Since 2020, we’ve been proud to partner with local businesses, bringing comedy to unique venues and building a thriving scene. We’ve also been delivering consistent laughs at Gemini Beer Company every second Saturday since 2022—a show that’s become a must-attend event for comedy lovers.
